How to submit your contribution

You can contribute to this public consultation by filling out the online questionnaire.

You can access the questionnaire in English, French and German and submit replies in any of the 24 official EU languages. Given the possible delays in translating replies submitted in certain languages, you are encouraged to contribute in English, as this will help us process the survey more quickly.

You can pause the questionnaire at any time and continue later. Once you have submitted your answers, you can download a copy of your completed questionnaire.

The final question gives you the opportunity to submit documentary evidence (max. 3 pages).

All contributions that are received may be published on the internet. It is important that you read the specific privacy statement attached to this consultation for information on how your personal data and contribution will be treated.

If you experience any technical issues with the consultation questionnaire, please contact EC-CENTRAL-HELPDESK(at)ec.europa.eu. If you have general inquiries about the questions, please contact Batt-eval-study(at)oeko.de.

For your convenience, you can find a full list of the consultation questions on the survey platform, on the right hand menu, below the contact details. Alternatively, you can download a pdf of the questions below.
